1 Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to pk3. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to pk3's website, mobile application, and all related services. By using the pk3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "pk3" or "we" — Refers to the company that operates the pk3.bar website and app.
• "user" or "you" — Any individual registered on or registering with the pk3 platform.
• "Platform" — The pk3 website, mobile app, and related services.
• "Account" — A user's personal profile and account on pk3.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact pk3 support immediately. pk3 is not responsible for any transactions that occurred prior to verification.

3 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Pk3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. These bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies once on the first deposit.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.

If a payment fails due to a technical error during deposit, please contact pk3 support. The support team will investigate and resolve the issue. Under no circumstances should you attempt the same payment more than once, as this may result in a double charge.

5 Gaming Rules

Pk3 offers Sports Betting, a game lobby, Bingo, and more. While each game has its own rules, the following general rules apply across all games:

• Once a bet or game has started, cancellation is generally not possible — except where the Sports cashout feature applies.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, pk3 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
• For disputes regarding Sports Betting outcomes, pk3's decision is final.
• For Live Casino games, the rules of the respective game provider apply.
• For jackpots or large winnings, pk3 will process payment after identity verification is completed.

Pk3 reserves the right to temporarily take any game offline for maintenance or updates at any time. pk3 is not obligated to provide compensation in such cases.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk3 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using pk3 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pk3's systems or servers.
• Opening an account with false information or attempting to bypass the verification process.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Pk3 is committed to keeping its platform safe and fair at all times. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and relevant authorities will be notified where necessary.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Pk3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms or participation in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time through support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn through the standard process. However, this may not apply to bonus balances, accounts closed due to violations, or accounts currently under investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming
